Closely intermingling with maâlems, Moroccan master artisans, we let ourselves become enraptured with the arts and crafts and the amazing repertoire that this country, a direct descendent of the Moors, has passed on to us. There, I met artisans who sculpted wood, carved and affixed mosaics. Their hands have memories!
